Presidential Decree of the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt

number 102 for the year 2023

The decree states that full ownership (100%) of the shares of Misr Insurance Holding Company will be transferred to the Sovereign Fund of Egypt.

This transfer is subject to the provisions of the Companies Law issued by Law No. 159 of 1981. The decree will be published in the Official Newspaper and relevant authorities are responsible for its implementation.
